Delivery

Delivery of Goods to You

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail or another suitable courier. We will endeavour to get your goods delivered within 3-5 working days however this period will solely depend on the courier.
 

a. Neills Vintage will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give Neills Vintage for delivery at the time you make your order. Neills Vintage are entitled to make deliveries by instalments or partial deliveries.

b. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of despatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.

c. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and Neills Vintage will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

d. Due to the nature of the business and items that Neills Vintage sell, some items may not fit the normal delivery terms and pricing. If there is such an item in your order Neills Vintage will let the buyer know in advance of any change to pricing and delivery times; the buyer will have the right to cancel the items if the new terms are not agreeable.
